Sustainability in our mandates and within our own company
With our first sustainability report based on the VSME standard, we document in a structured way how we at Feldus Asset Management understand sustainability and put it into practice in our day-to-day work.
As asset managers, project managers and consultants, we help owners position their properties for the future. Energy efficiency, regulatory requirements and ESG criteria are now an integral part of many strategic real estate decisions. To provide our clients with well-founded support in these areas, we are deliberately expanding our expertise. This includes our membership in the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and a team member’s qualification as a licensed DGNB ESG Manager.
For example, we are supporting a housing company with several thousand residential units in implementing a “brown-to-green” strategy.
You can find further insights into our practical work in our article series “ESG in Real Estate Asset Management”.
Sustainability Starts in Our Own Company
We practise what we recommend to our clients. Since our founding in 2019, we have preferred to travel by train and have done without company cars entirely.
In 2026, we also set out our established practices in binding policies, including policies on business travel, waste and recycling, and equal treatment.
The report helped us bring existing activities together systematically and define our next steps. We will update it annually and gradually develop measurable targets along the way.
