Feldus Asset Management was founded in 2019 by Anne Braun and Thomas Reidel. Our company is owner-managed and independent.
Before founding Feldus, we spent many years working on both the ownership and advisory sides of the real estate industry. This dual perspective shapes our understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the property sector.

Anne Braun

Focus on commercial asset management
and transaction management

Most recently, Anne was Managing Director at GSA, where she was responsible for setting up and expanding the German platform. GSA is an international developer and operator of student accommodation. A large Asian sovereign wealth fund is the sole investor of GSA in Germany.

From 2012 to 2017, Anne was the Managing Director of Dream Global Advisors Germany. As Head of Asset Management, she built an efficient and effective asset management team, aligned with the strong growth of the REIT, with real estate assets doubling between 2012 and 2017.

Between 2005 and 2012 Anne worked at Cushman & Wakefield. As a partner, she was responsible for the Property & Asset Management division in Germany from 2009 to 2012.

Prior to that, she advised national and international institutional investors as well as private equity companies on large-volume transactions (buy and sell side) in the Capital Markets division. Anne left GE Real Estate to join C&W.

In 2001, Anne graduated from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. She holds an MBA in Business Administration.

Anne is Managing Partner of Feldus Asset Management. She has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Her expertise lies particularly in strategic and operational asset management as well as in advising institutional investors.

Thomas Reidel

Technical focus with strong project management expertise

In his last position at OFB, Thomas led the planning and development of a large city center complex.

Prior to joining OFB, Thomas was a Director at Dream Global Advisors Germany from 2012 to 2017.
In this position, he built up the technical asset management team, oversaw the technical budget and the technical due diligence for buying, selling and refinancing processes. He was also responsible for all planning and construction aspects of repositioning projects.

From 2010 to 2012, Thomas held a senior property and asset management position at Cushman & Wakefield.
From 2000 to 2010, he worked in the planning department at HOCHTIEF Construction where he was responsible for projects in Germany, Qatar and the UK.

Thomas is an architect and graduated as engineer from the Technical University (TU) Karlsruhe (today KIT). He also holds a degree in Real Estate Economics from the European Business School and is a licenced DGNB ESG-Manager.

Thomas Reidel.

Thomas is Managing Partner of Feldus Asset Management. He has accumulated 25 years of experience in the planning, realization, and operation of buildings, covering all life cycle phases of a property – from design and construction to operation, revitalization, and repurposing.
